- Protect the Balebe trademark by creating your own brand - refraining marketing your products under the Balebe brand.
- Have your likeness and the beaded items you create be photographed and recorded for marketing and educational purposes.
- Hold Balebe and its employees, affiliates and volunteers harmless in the event of loss, destruction, theft, injury and/or death.
